Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Commis Chef in High Wycombe to join our kitchen team. You will prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen as you grow in your career.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the team to deliver great, hot food to spec, and you’ll have the opportunity to progress along our internal DNA pathway toward Sous Chef. Flexible and part-time hours are offered to fit around your life.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or KP.
• Willing to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen team.
• Passion for delivering great, hot food to spec.

• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
