Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll fit in with a team, learn new prep skills, and own a section of the kitchen as you grow your career.

There’s opportunities to progress via the internal pathway, with a view toward becoming a Sous Chef, plus a host of staff benefits and a lively, supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
