Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team. You will prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prep skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

There’s strong potential for career growth through our DNA pathway towards Sous Chef, with a supportive team in a busy pub kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items to Pub standard.
• Assist in learning and applying prep techniques for new dishes.
• Contribute to day-to-day kitchen operations and cleanliness.
