Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen. You will prep, create and bring the menu to life, learning across kitchen sections and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced team.

You’ll have a passion for delivering hot, well-prepared dishes and the chance to grow through our internal DNA pathway toward Sous Chef, in a friendly, lively local pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities
