Job summary

Lisini Pub Co Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a kitchen team member to uphold top-quality dishes and presentation. You will work with the team to follow menu specifications, support food safety and hygiene, and keep the kitchen clean while maintaining high EH & Food Hygiene standards.

The role offers flexible shift patterns and opportunities for progression within a well-established hospitality family business with over 50 years of experience.

Qualifications

• A flexible attitude and keen desire to learn.
• Previous similar experience working in a busy kitchen using freshly sourced produce.
• Great time keeping and reliability.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent product quality as part of the team.
• Maintain highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Closely follow menu specifications for consistency.
• Support implementation of food safety and H&S policies.
• Ensure kitchen and ancillary areas stay clean and organized.

What You Will Do:

• Working within the team to deliver excellent product quality.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Closely follow the menu specifications to ensure consistency of dishes
• Actively assist in the maintenance and organisation, implementation and execution of the food safety and H & S policies
• Ensuring the cleanliness of your kitchen and ancillary areas.
• Ensuring excellent Environmental Health and Food Hygiene standards are maintained.

What You Will Need:
