Job summary

Lisini Pub Co is a family-run hospitality business with over 50 years of experience delivering excellence in food and service in Glasgow.

You will join our kitchen team, handling food preparation, presentation, and maintaining high hygiene standards while following menu specs to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes.

Qualifications

• Flexible attitude and eager to learn.
• Experience in a busy kitchen with fresh produce.
• Reliable and punctual with good timekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail in food prep and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to deliver high-quality food.
• Maintain top standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Follow menu specifications to ensure consistency.
• Assist in enforcing food safety and health & safety policies.
• Keep the kitchen and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Food Hygiene standards.

What You Will Do:

• Working within the team to deliver excellent product quality.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Closely follow the menu specifications to ensure consistency of dishes
• Actively assist in the maintenance and organisation, implementation and execution of the food safety and H & S policies
• Ensuring the cleanliness of your kitchen and ancillary areas.
• Ensuring excellent Environmental Health and Food Hygiene standards are maintained.

What You Will Need:

• A flexible attitude and keen desire to learn.
• Previous similar experience working in a busy kitchen using freshly sourced produce.
• Great time keeping and reliability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
