Job summary

Lisini Pub Company Ltd is seeking friendly kitchen staff to maintain a clean, efficient area in our busy establishment. You will clean kitchen areas, wash crockery, prepare surfaces, manage waste, and assist in food preparation when required.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen area (floors/cookers).
• Wash crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils and store appropriately.
• Clean work surfaces, shelving, floors and walls.
• Empty rubbish bins and maintain refuse area to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Use and store chemicals in line with COSHH requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of food when required.
