We are recruiting an experienced Commis Chef to join our team at City of Derry Airport, Derry/Londonderry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern and Benefits
  • 35 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, with various shifts between 5am and 8pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and storing deliveries properly
  • Managing stock rotation and replenishment
  • Organising and maintaining the storeroom
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations, including HACCP
  • Conducting deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment
  • Following all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures
