Job Description:

Commis Chef at Shelby & Co, Birmingham Airport

Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to£14.10 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Night shift

• Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
• Applicants must be 18 years or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts due to responsibilities within the role.

AS A COMMIS CHEF, YOU'LL BE:

• Helping with deliveries
• Preparing meats and vegetables
• Assisting fellow chefs
• Stock rotation
• Maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
