The Inn Collection Group is seeking a motivated Commis Chef in Coniston to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with colleagues to prepare high-quality dishes, manage food safety, labeling and storage, and ensure recipes and specifications are followed.

You will contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment and support the broader team in delivering exceptional hospitality. Passion for food, strong communication, and good organizational skills are essential as you help maintain

As Commis Chef, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain our standards. Whether you're experienced or studying, your passion for food will shine through as you take responsibility for your section. You'll manage food safety, storage, labeling, and adherence to recipes and specifications. Your role involves efficient, collaborative work with kitchen, front-of-house, and management teams. You'll prepare food items, operate standard kitchen equipment safely, and maintain a clean station.
