The Scotsman Group is seeking a Commis Chef for its kitchen team in Scotland. You will prepare ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring accuracy and quality in line with menu specifications.

Committed to high standards, you will uphold health and safety regulations and hygiene practices while delivering excellent dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commis chef or similar kitchen role.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
• The ability to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
