Scotsman Hospitality is hiring a Commis Chef to support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes across Scotland. You will prepare ingredients, ensuring attention to menu specs and consistent quality, while adhering to health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have experience or a keen interest in culinary careers, and are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role or keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

As a Commis Chef, your role will include:

• Preparing ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring great attention to detail for the menu specs provided.
• Working to a high standard to ensure customers receive the best quality food.
• Complying with all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
• The ability to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
