Requirements

• Minimum of one year’s experience as a Commis Chef with a strong and reliable skill set


• Ability to manage any section confidently and maintain high standards.


• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with speed, consistently delivering high-quality results with attention to detail.


• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, allergen procedures, and labelling standards.


• Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.


• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.


• Clean chef uniform and your knives on sites.
