Job summary

The Bieldside Inn in Aberdeen is seeking a reliable Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will support daily kitchen operations and work with the team to maintain quality, hygiene and efficient food prep.

Ideally you have at least 1 year in a Commis Chef role and are eager to learn, with a passion for local Scottish produce. We offer a competitive salary, staff meals, progression opportunities and a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef.
• Interest in Scottish food and local produce is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Aberdeen if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen operations and support the kitchen team.
• Ensure food storage units meet standards and are well managed.
• Adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Help ensure customers receive excellent quality food.
