Job summary

White Recruitment Construction is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop its London and South territory for a specialist HVAC equipment manufacturer. You will manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business with M&E contractors, installers and other building services clients.

The package includes a £50,000–£55,000 basic salary, bonus scheme, company car allowance, contributory pension, life assurance and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience within HVAC and allied sectors.
• Experience selling to M&E contractors, installers and catering contractors.
• Background in AHU or commercial ventilation manufacturing preferred.
• Strong account management and business development experience.
• Technically comfortable discussing engineered products and applications.
• Full UK driving licence

An established manufacturer of specialist commercial ventilation and air movement equipment is looking for an Area Sales Manager to develop its London and South territory. The role will involve managing and growing an existing customer base while developing new business across contractors, specialist installers and other commercial building services customers. You will be responsible for increasing product sales, identifying new opportunities and managing the territory against agreed sales targets.

Requirements
Proven field sales experience within HVAC, ventilation, air movement, AHUs, mechanical building services or commercial catering equipment
Experience selling to M&E contractors, HVAC contractors, specialist installers, fit-out contractors or catering contractors
Candidates from an AHU or commercial ventilation manufacturer background would be particularly relevant
Alternatively, experience within commercial catering equipment or kitchen fit-out, particularly where selling through contractors
Strong account management and business development experience
Technically comfortable discussing engineered products and applications
Able to develop existing accounts while opening new business
Established contacts across HVAC, building services or foodservice markets advantageous
Full UK driving licence
