NHS Supply Chain is recruiting a Business Analyst – Programme as part of its Commercial Transformation. The role is hybrid, requiring two days on-site each week, and supports delivering improved commercial processes across the transformation programme.

The position focuses on gathering requirements, mapping processes, and working with stakeholders to design and implement future operating models. Salary starts at £47,874 with potential to £56,322 over three years, closing 30 October 2026.

• Ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements.
• Experience mapping current/future state processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Analytical thinking with evidence-based decision making.
• Experience supporting design and adoption of new operating models.

• Lead business analysis across the Commercial Transformation Programme and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Analyse current and future-state processes to identify efficiency gains and improved ways of working.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and programme teams to define requirements and assess impacts.
• Support design and implementation of operating models, governance, and processes.
• Use data and insights to identify risks and opportunities and provide evidence-based recommendations.
