Inspire People is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex digital change initiatives within multidisciplinary teams for UK government projects. The role offers a permanent, Grade 7 level with a salary range of £60,732–£71,296, depending on location and assessment, plus Civil Service benefits.

The post supports a flexible, hybrid model across London, Cardiff, Darlington, Edinburgh, Belfast, Birmingham or Salford.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Owners and Delivery Managers to influence priorities
• Use evidence-based analysis to assess options and recommend solutions
