COMMERCIAL TRAINING MANAGER
£50-55K
12 month FTC
Hybrid Role - 3 days per week in London HQ
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead the commercial training function for this professional membership body. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing a comprehensive training program, developing new training products, and driving the commercial/revenue-generating activities of the training business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in revenue and be able to evidence an understanding of B2C marketing.
