What You’ll Do:

- Lead with impact: Develop and implement comprehensive global training strategies that will take our services to the next level.

- Innovate and inspire: Drive the creation of new training services and guide country teams in developing their own localized solutions.

- Be the catalyst for growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion, and work closely with sales and delivery teams to execute innovative business ideas.

- Collaborate globally: Work with country teams to develop action plans that drive growth, exceed sales targets, and maximize profitability.

- Lead and mentor: Build a high-performance culture by coaching and inspiring teams to succeed and drive continuous improvement.

- Make a difference : Present compelling training service propositions to key customers, helping organizations around the world enhance their performance and sustainability.

About You:

You’re a dynamic leader with a passion for business development and innovation. You thrive in a global environment and excel at building relationships across diverse markets and cultures. You have a growth mindset, and you’re always looking for new opportunities to make an impact.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in a growth-focused role, ideally with a strong background in management system certification and training.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in training services and business development, enabling you to drive business performance effectively.
• Previous experience in a global role, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures.
• Strong commercial awareness and a record of delivering exceptional results.
• Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary, to support our global operations.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to engage with stakeholders across borders.
• A commitment to embodying DNV's leadership expectations, including results orientation, customer focus, respect, care, and foresight.
• A solution-oriented mindset, combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
