Qualifications

• 2+ years in bid analysis, commercial ops, proposal management, or analytical commercial strategy in B2B tech, fleet management, EV mobility, energy, or tech-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Managers to manage tender responses from intake to submission, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Analyse customer data and complex bid requirements, building data-backed narratives that compare Octopus's value to legacy options.
• Build and maintain an internal knowledge base with verified product capabilities, security, SLAs, and terms to streamline repetitive bids.
• Manage the evaluation matrix to triage opportunities and keep BD and commercial focus on high-impact deals.
• Own the tender pipeline in CRM, tracking timelines, win/loss metrics, and post-bid debriefs to improve future submissions.
