The National Trust is seeking a Team Leader for a busy caf and shop at Tyntesfield near Bristol. You will lead and motivate a front-of-house team to deliver outstanding visitor service, maintain displays and signage, and support back-of-house tasks as needed.

You will also monitor stock and help meet income targets to support conservation work. No extensive experience is required, but you should be a strong team player, well-organised, adaptable, and capable of leading and developing colleagues.

• Front-of-house experience or mindset
• Team leadership and mentoring
• Strong customer service focus
• Stock monitoring and display maintenance
• Experience with training and developing colleagues
• Food safety awareness and allergens familiarity
