Job summary

JLL in Birmingham offers a Commercial Surveying Graduate Programme lasting 2 to 2.5 years, rotating across teams to build experience in office, industrial and retail property. Trainees work toward Chartered Surveyor status with RICS, with a fully funded MSc in Real Estate if needed, supported by JLL and the University of the Built Environment.

Qualifications

• Degree – predicted or achieved minimum 2:2 in any discipline.
• Travel across the Midlands will be required in this role.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn and grow with us.

• Ability to connect with others and build strong relationships.
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Commercial and Corporate Property teams such as Valuation, Agency, Capital Markets, Property & Asset Management, and more.
• Research market insights and relevant property legislation impacting work.
• Learn and use property systems/databases to collect information for clients.
• Draft and deliver work such as service charge budgets, client presentations and valuation reports.
• Visit properties to carry out inspections or client viewings.
• Participate in regular training to support growth and professional development.
