Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Glasgow is offering a Commercial Surveying Graduate Programme starting 6 September 2027. The 2 to 2.5‑year trainee programme leads toward Commercial/General Practice Chartered Surveyor status with RICS.

If you lack an RICS‑accredited degree, you can undertake a funded MSc in Real Estate with the University of the Built Environment as part of the programme. You will rotate across teams in valuation, agency, capital markets, asset management and more, gaining experience

Qualifications

• Degree – predicted or achieved minimum 2:2 in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Research and stay up-to-date with market insights and property legislation.
• Learn to use property systems/databases to collect client solutions.
• Build relationships across the business and with clients to ensure great service.
• Draft and deliver work such as service charge budgets and client presentations.
• Visit properties to carry out inspections or client viewings.
• Participate in regular training for business skills and professional development.
