JLL in Cardiff is excited to invite applications for a Commercial Surveying Graduate on a permanent contract. The programme runs 2 to 2.5 years from 6 September 2027, with a salary of £29,000.

You’ll rotate between Commercial Valuation and Agency, with potential exposure to Capital Markets and Lease Advisory, working toward RICS Chartered Surveyor status. We welcome graduates from any discipline, and if you do not hold an RICS-accredited Real Estate degree you will complete a fully funded MSc

Responsabilidades

• Research market insights and monitor property legislation affecting work.
• Learn and use property systems/databases to collect information for solutions.
• Build relationships across the business and with clients to deliver service.
• Draft and deliver work including service charge budgets, client presentations, and valuation reports.
• Visit properties to carry out inspections or client viewings.
• Attend regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development.
