Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) invites applications for its Graduate Programme in Cardiff. You will join a 2 to 2.5 year trainee path working toward Chartered Surveyor status with RICS, supported by JLL and the University of the Built Environment.

Rotations cover Commercial Valuation, Agency, with potential exposure to Capital Markets and Lease Advisory. A fully funded online MSc Real Estate is provided if you lack an RICS-accredited degree.

Qualifications

• Degree at minimum 2:2 in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Research and stay up to date with market insights and property legislation.
• Learn to use property systems/databases to collect client solutions.
• Build relationships across the business and with clients to ensure great service.
• Draft and deliver work including service charge budgets, client presentations and valuations.
• Visit properties for inspections or client viewings; participate in regular training for growth.
