Job Title: Commercial Strategy & Operations Executive UKI

Location: Kingston Head Office, Full time

Full time: 2 days per week in office

Job Purpose

  1. Support the execution of Channel and Category plans for Laundry to achieve commercial targets.
  2. Make decisions regarding trade-offs versus strategy.
  3. Develop promotional strategies and manage TMI investments across customer teams.
  4. Track promotion implementation, identify opportunities, and suggest improvements.
  5. Represent the Customer and Channel View in the S&OP process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Strategy Manager to deliver Channel & Category strategies for target achievement.
  • Develop and optimize promotional plans with the Commercial Strategy Manager.
  • Manage business performance targets and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Support Channel Strategy development with brand and category teams for long-term growth.
  • Lead internal performance and action planning meetings with stakeholders, preparing agendas and materials.
  • Manage trade spend.
  • Execute key innovations successfully.

Skills

  • Ability to analyze multiple data sources and provide clear insights for decision-making.
  • Strong commercial and customer understanding.
  • Experience in Category and Channel Strategy creation and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Net Revenue Management.
  • Skilled in evaluating and delivering innovations.
  • Experience with S&OP, performance management, and gap closing.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI dashboards.
  • Effective stakeholder management across seniority levels.
  • Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP, Nielsen, and Kantar.
