Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Commercial Strategy Manager. This position reports to the Senior CS Manager - Nicorette and is based at High Wycombe.

Role Overview:

The Commercial Strategy team manages all elements of the marketing mix (price, promotion, place, proposition, and product). Success is measured by your ability to help shape internal plans to deliver sales, profit, and share growth for Kenvue and our retail partners.

You will collaborate across Customer, Marketing, Category, Supply, Shopper Execution, and Finance to develop winning commercial propositions and build long-term plans for a portfolio of Selfcare brands. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a strong commercial operator to expand into a more strategic role, gaining senior leadership visibility and exposure to sophisticated commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the UK Commercial Proposition for a portfolio of Selfcare Brands.
• Lead the Commercial Strategy of your Brands and set standards of execution in the UK market.
• Influence the UK Cross-Function Squad to realize the potential of planned NPD & Initiatives and develop key out-of-plan opportunities.
• Lead the Commercial agenda of the Annual Business Planning Cycle.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the FMCG industry.
• Experience in multiple Commercial / National Accounts roles in Consumer Products Industry, preferably across multiple customers/channels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially influencing and coaching.
• Strong leadership with proven delivery via others.
• Performance-oriented with adaptability and solution focus.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Confident IT skills, especially Excel.
