Job summary

Coty UK&I offers a 12-month internship starting July 2027 in Commercial Strategy. You will join a dynamic team supporting the 4Ps—product, price, place and promotion—across the UK market and brands like Hugo Boss, Rimmel, Marc Jacobs, Gucci and Calvin Klein.

Responsibilities

• Be the key expert in understanding retail performance and brand activity in the UK market.
• Prepare presentations and insights to support the Commercial Strategy team.
• Identify commercial opportunities across 4Ps and analyze data sources.
• Track pricing and promotions and learn insight software (Nielsen/Circana).
• Conduct giftset and retailer channel analyses to inform strategy.
