Job summary

Coty is looking for a commercially curious Assistant Manager for Commercial Excellence to support Calvin Klein and Hugo Boss across the UK. You will analyze performance, coordinate activities with retailers, and enable effective promo execution.

You will work with Sales, Brand, Media and International teams, using AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, generate insights, and enable faster decisions. The role blends data, planning and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced beauty business.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in commercial, analytics, trade marketing, or retail roles.
• Experience in Beauty, FMCG or Retail is advantageous.
• Strong data-driven reporting and performance insight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance, retailer data and brand results to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional plans and brand activity across retail channels.
• Prepare reporting and present insights for internal and retailer meetings.
• Support development and execution of promo plans and planning periods.
• Collaborate with Brand, Media and international teams to align commercial goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Brand and Commercial Excellence.
