Job summary

Coty Luxury is hiring a Hugo Boss Marketing Assistant intern for a 13-month placement in the UK. You will support the UK marketing team across the brand, helping implement and analyze marketing activity, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

You will gain exposure to 360 marketing plans, budgets, content audits, and product launches, developing strategic insights while supporting ongoing business studies in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Responsibilities

• Support UK marketing team in managing the Hugo Boss brand in the UK/Ireland.
• Assist 360 marketing plans: media executions, asset production and post-campaign analysis.
• Monitor brand performance, trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Maintain competitor records and monthly tracking (promotions, POS, advertising).
• Coordinate with local/global marketing, sales, supply and external agencies to achieve objectives.
• Audit brand e-content on retailer websites and update content with Ecommerce team as needed.
• Develop a holistic sampling strategy to support product launches and key periods.
• Manage budget files (raising POs and processing invoices).
• Distribute new product samples to marketing, sales and PR teams.
