Job summary

Coty UK is seeking an Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager to support Calvin Klein and Hugo Boss by analysing performance, coordinating commercial activity and driving execution with retailers, brands and internal teams. The role blends sales analysis, planning, and data-driven reporting using AI-enabled tools.

You will work across Sales, Brand, Media and International teams, partnering with Boots, Superdrug and Amazon, delivering actionable insights and ensuring timely, aligned commercial

Qualifications

• Around 2 to 4 years’ experience within a commercial, sales, analytics, category, trade marketing, retail, buying, merchandising or customer-facing environment.
• Experience within Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Goods or Retail would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and interest in how brands, retailers and promotional plans drive growth.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with sales data and performance reporting.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak clearly in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance and retailer data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reporting, presentations and recommendations for meetings.
• Turn data into clear insights to support decisions.
• Monitor promotional performance and advise on plan changes.
• Coordinate promotional plans with key retailer partners.
• Collaborate with Brand, Media and international teams.
• Support day-to-day retailer activity and product launches.
