Henkel seeks a Commercial Strategy Graduate to join the Consumer Brands Commercial Excellence team. You will work with iconic brands and support the development of the NRM strategy to drive sales and profit.

This one-year programme offers broad exposure to promotional evaluation, pack plan architecture, pricing and trade terms, with a hybrid work model and diverse development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate before Sep 2026 or within two years of graduating.
• Strong numerical and P&L understanding.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Support development of the NRM strategy to grow sales and profit.
• Shadow creation and implementation of commercial and channel plans (4 P's).
• Collaborate with category/marketing teams to drive growth with selected customers.
• Help develop commercial toolkits for sales teams with clear execution standards.
• Understand how P&Ls underpin commercial strategies.
• Combine data sources (e.g., dunnhumby, IRI) to build NRM strategies.
• Participate in trainings and development programmes with Henkel benefits.
• One-year programme covering promotional evaluation, pack plan architecture, pricing and trade terms with retailers.

About this Position

What you'll do

• Join Henkel's Consumer Brands Commercial Excellence team as Commercial Strategy & Planning Graduate.
• Work with iconic brands such as Colour Catcher, Bloo, Schwarzkopf, Got2b, and Live.
• You will support the development of our NRM (net revenue management) strategy with an aim of enhancing both sales and profit.
• Shadow the creation and implementation of a commercial and channel plans including all elements of the 4 P’s (Product, Price, Place and Promotion).
• You will collaborate with the category/marketing teams to support the delivery of growth with selected customers.
• You can assist with the development of strong commercial toolkits to deploy to sales teams with clear execution standards for our brand activation plans by channel.
• Understand how P&Ls support the development of commercial strategies.
• Combines a variety of different data sources to help build NRM strategies e.g. dunnhumby & IRI.

What makes you a good fit

• You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from any of the following disciplines Business, Economics, Finance, Maths, Engineering, or Stats.
• Highly numerate and a good understanding of P&Ls.
