Job summary

Henkel in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Stock & Supply Specialist to manage outstanding orders, handle stock replenishment and work with Customer Service, Logistics and Planning to minimise delays.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, solid experience in customer service or supply chain, good MS Office skills and SAP or ERP knowledge; multilingual capability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, supply chain or logistics.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, stock management and logistics.
• Strong problem solving and influencing abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• SAP knowledge or experience with ERP systems.
• Fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.

What You´ll Do

• Understand and follow up on outstanding customer and stock replenishment orders.
• Work closely with other functions such as Customer Service Teams, Logistics and Supply Planners to communicate changes resulting in delays to orders.
• Prioritise incoming sales & purchase orders to maximise service level potential.
• Resolve any short-term stock issues by collaborating with planning team to secure supply of products to Customers.
• Working on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor the product lifecycle processes to meet customer service level targets.
• Supporting the organisation during supply shortages to enhance our customer’s experience.
