Job summary
Slater Heelis, an award-winning full-service law firm, is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to work with our Head of Department and help grow the team. You will handle a broad range of commercial matters for diverse clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporates, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
- Experience advising on commercial law
- IT/Tech contracts and related regulatory issues
- Non-contentious intellectual property matters will be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of commercial matters for owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporates
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
- Provide commercial support on corporate transactions
- Assist clients with B2B arrangements and risk management
- Advise on terms, trading arrangements and commercial policies
- Draft technology agreements including SaaS, PaaS, cloud services and software development
- Support data protection, data transfers and data compliance matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development
