Job summary

eNL in Leicester is seeking a Commercial Solicitor (1–5 years PQE) to join its growing commercial team. You will advise a diverse client base on a range of commercial, technology, IP and data protection matters while managing your own caseload and developing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with between 1-5 Years PQE (Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role who have completed a commercial seat).
• Background in commercial contracts and an interest or experience in areas such as technology, intellectual property or data protection.
• You should be commercially minded, technically capable and confident in providing clear, practical advice.
• Strong drafting skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines are essential.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm for developing new client relationships and a genuine commitment to career progression will be important.
• This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively but is also comfortable taking responsibility for their own matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise a varied portfolio of business clients on commercial matters.
