Job summary

eNL Legal in Leamington Spa is seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join a forward-thinking team. You will work on meaningful client matters from an early stage, developing commercial judgement and practical solutions.

You will negotiate and draft commercial agreements across sectors including manufacturing and retail, build lasting client relationships, and benefit from clear career progression and a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified solicitor or up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience with a genuine interest in commercial law.
• Experience advising on commercial contracts or through a commercial seat during training.
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn.

THE ROLE

SKILLS REQUIRED

• You will be a newly qualified solicitor or have up to three years’ post-qualification experience, with a genuine interest in commercial law.
• You may already have experience advising on commercial contracts or have discovered your enthusiasm for the area during a commercial seat in your training contract.
• Beyond your technical skills, we’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive and keen to learn.
• You will enjoy working with people, take a practical approach to problem-solving and understand the importance of building lasting client relationships.
