Job summary

eNL is recruiting a Commercial Contracts Solicitor in Leamington Spa for a NQ-3 PQE role. You will handle meaningful client work from an early stage, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and helping clients navigate everyday business issues.

Based in Leamington Spa, you will work with clients across sectors including manufacturing and retail, turning complex legal issues into clear, practical business solutions while developing commercial judgement and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified solicitor or up to 3 years’ PQE with genuine interest in commercial law.
• Experience advising on commercial contracts or exposure during a commercial seat.
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn; enjoys working with people and building lasting client relationships.
• Practical approach to problem-solving to turn complex legal issues into business value.

THE ROLE

SKILLS REQUIRED

• You will be a newly qualified solicitor or have up to three years’ post-qualification experience, with a genuine interest in commercial law.
• You may already have experience advising on commercial contracts or have discovered your enthusiasm for the area during a commercial seat in your training contract.
• Beyond your technical skills, we’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive and keen to learn.
• You will enjoy working with people, take a practical approach to problem-solving and understand the importance of building lasting client relationships.
