As a Corporate Solicitor / Commercial Solicitor, you will provide legal advice on company law, draft contracts, manage transactions, and ensure compliance.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Corporate Solicitor, Commercial Solicitor, Corporate Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer, or in a similar role.
2. At least 2-4 years' PQE.
3. Background in a Corporate / Commercial department.
4. Ability to manage a caseload independently.
5. Excellent case management and organisational skills.
