What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Corporate Solicitor,Commercial Solicitor,Corporate Lawyer, Commercial Lawyeror in a similar role.
• At least 2-4 years’ PQE.
• Background in a Corporate / Commercial department.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent case management and organisational skills.
