Pybus Recruitment is working with a well-established automotive retail group to recruit an experienced Commercial Sales Manager for a busy multi-franchise dealership in Lincoln.

This is a great opportunity for a driven automotive sales professional to lead the sales department, drive vehicle, finance and insurance performance, and mentor a high-performing team while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering strong finance and insurance results.
• Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple demands.
• Outstanding customer service and customer retention skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of automotive retail processes and legislation.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales department, driving vehicle, finance and insurance performance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels across the dealership.

You will work closely with the senior management team to deliver sales targets, maximise profitability and develop a high-performing sales team.
