Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Devizes, Wiltshire

A leading Wiltshire multi-office practice are seeking a skilled and motivated commercial property solicitor to join their busy, respected team which boasts a strong reputation across national, regional and local markets. With a solid pipeline of work and longstanding client relationships, you'll be stepping into a high-performing environment where quality and collaboration go hand in hand.

You'll take on a broad, varied caseload across:

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property acquisitions and disposals
• Development work for commercial and private clients

The team has deep expertise and prides itself on delivering technically sound, commercially aware advice backed by decades of local and city-trained experience.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for an England and Wales qualified solicitor with:

• 4+ years' post-qualification experience and technical expertise in commercial property
• Confidence handling complex work independently and as part of a team
• Genuine interest in building client relationships and contributing to wider business goals
