Commercial Property Solicitor (2-5 PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2-5 years’ PQE) to join a highly regarded regional law firm with a strong reputation in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide.

The firm is known for its people-first culture, high-quality work and long-term career development. You’ll join a well-established Commercial Property team, working alongside experienced Partners in a supportive and collaborative environment, with real scope to shape your career.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload, including:

  • Development matters, including site acquisitions and set-up
  • Sales, purchases and leasing of commercial premises
  • Non-contentious landlord and tenant work
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and agreements for lease
  • Property finance and development transactions
  • Title investigations, due diligence and reporting

You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support, handling up to c.100 matters depending on complexity.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 2-5 years’ PQE in general commercial property work
  • Experience in acquisitions, disposals and commercial leasing
  • Development experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Proactive, flexible and a strong team player
