Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our North East team. The role offers handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions and the opportunity to take on greater responsibility within a well-regarded regional practice.

You will advise both businesses and individuals, supervise junior colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the department. A flexible working environment is on offer with real career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years' Commercial Property experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Commercial Property matters.
• Agricultural Property experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and other property matters.
• Advising a broad range of commercial and private clients.
• Supervising junior colleagues where appropriate.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the department.
