SaccoMann in Manchester seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at 8+ PQE to join a high-calibre property team. You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters with a strong focus on leadership and mentorship, while remaining hands-on with fee-earning work.
The role covers landlord and tenant duties, transactional property work, and developing long-term client relationships within a collaborative team. Strong technical and client management skills are essential.
We’re working with an established and highly regarded law firm in Greater Manchester that is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at 8+ PQE.
This is a great opportunity for a technically strong commercial property lawyer who enjoys high-quality fee-earning work, client contact and supporting more junior members of a team, without necessarily wanting the pressures of formal departmental management.
You’ll join an established Property team handling a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on:
Landlord and tenant work, including leases and renewals
Commercial property sales and acquisitions
Advising a varied client base on complex property matters
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
Providing technical guidance and support across the team
Developing strong, long-term client relationships
The team already has a strong leadership structure in place, so the role is particularly well suited to someone who wants to remain hands-on with the legal work while taking on a senior and supervisory role.
We’re keen to hear from Commercial Property Solicitors with:
8+ years' PQE and strong commercial property experience
A solid background across landlord and tenant and transactional work
Excellent technical and client management skills
Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
A commercial and pragmatic approach
The ability to build strong relationships with clients and referrers
You don’t need to have a following to be considered, although an established network of clients or referrers would be welcomed.
This is an opportunity to join a growing and supportive team where you can take on a senior position without being pushed away from the fee-earning work you enjoy.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on varied, high-quality commercial property matters, support junior lawyers and play an important role in the continued development of the team.
