Job summary

Harte Recruitment is working with an established Yorkshire law firm looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Corporate and Commercial team. You will advise clients across the full spectrum of commercial property work and manage your own caseload.

You'll operate autonomously while supporting colleagues in a collaborative team, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service with a proactive pipeline.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5–9 years' PQE with relevant Commercial Property experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Commercial Property Solicitor role
• Law degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong commercial awareness and professional integrity
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide practical, risk-based solutions
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Regular access to a car would be advantageous
