The Opportunity

• Work on a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development, property finance and commercial leasing
• Gain exposure to significant transactions, typically ranging from £10m to £50m in value
• Work closely with experienced and highly regarded lawyers on complex and commercially significant matters
• Advise a diverse client base including residential and commercial developers, property investors and corporate occupiers
