G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate in the North East. This role handles a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and related matters for commercial and private clients.

Offering a competitive salary DOE, flexible working, and a supportive environment with opportunities for progression. The successful candidate will have 5+ years PQE and strong client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years' Commercial Property experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Commercial Property matters.
• Agricultural Property experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and other property matters.
• Advising a broad range of commercial and private clients.
