Job summary

eNL is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer in Peterborough with 2+ PQE to join its growing team. The role covers leases, developments, and both freehold and leasehold properties, with exposure to acquisitions and disposals.

The successful candidate will also handle select high value residential transactions and work under the Head of Department to manage a varied caseload in a reputable practice.

Qualifications

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

Over recent years the commercial property department has seen significant growth and they are keen to continue the ongoing successes through the recruitment of a knowledgeable and talented Commercial Property Solicitor. The role will require the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor to provide advice on the full remit of commercial property law including leases, commercial developments, freehold and leasehold commercial properties and also acquisitions and disposals. Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors will also be able to provide advice on some high value residential transactions.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

In order considered for the role of Commercial Property Solicitor you must have sound technical expertise across all areas of commercial property law along with a working knowledge of the residential conveyancing process. Boosts a minimum of 2+ year's experience the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be well placed to provide assistance on the full remit of commercial property law including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, leases and acquisitions and disposals. Working closely with the Head of Department will provide the newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor the chance to gain exposure a wide and varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
