Job summary

eNL is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer in Peterborough with 2+ PQE to join its growing team. The role covers leases, developments, and both freehold and leasehold properties, with exposure to acquisitions and disposals.

The successful candidate will also handle select high value residential transactions and work under the Head of Department to manage a varied caseload in a reputable practice.

Qualifications

• Sound technical expertise across commercial property law.
• Working knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in commercial property law.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the full remit of commercial property law: leases, developments, freehold and leasehold properties, acquisitions and disposals.
• Provide guidance on high value residential transactions where applicable.
• Work closely with Head of Department and manage own caseload.
