A highly rated and forward-thinking law firm is looking to strengthen its successful Commercial Property team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Joining an expanding commercial property team, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and work across a broad range of commercial property matters. The role will involve advising clients on a variety of transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Strategic property matters
• Landlord and tenant work
• Commercial development
• Residential development
• A varied range of general commercial property transactions

You will be given the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, providing commercially focused advice and developing strong relationships with clients and other professional contacts. The successful candidate will have experience managing their own caseload and will be comfortable handling transactions with an appropriate level of autonomy, while also benefiting from the support of an established and collaborative team.

THE CANDIDATE:

The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 5 years' PQE and demonstrable experience across a broad range of commercial property work.

You will have experience in:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Both freehold and leasehold transactions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Residential and commercial development work
• Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
• Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients
